Our Philosophy
Founding intake opening soon in the Joondalup / Northern Suburbs.
We believe children learn best when they feel emotionally safe, understood, and connected. Butterfly Grove offers:
- small, stable cohorts
- calm low-sensory spaces
- flexible learning pathways
- relationship-based education
- freedom of movement and choice
- outdoor and nature-based experiences
We prioritise nervous system regulation, trust, and wellbeing as the foundation for meaningful learning.
Why Butterfly Grove Was Created
Butterfly Grove was created in response to the growing number of neurodivergent children who are not thriving within mainstream educational environments despite being bright, capable learners.
As both educators and parents, we recognised the need for a calmer, more relational learning environment where children could feel emotionally safe while continuing to grow academically and personally.
Who We Support
Butterfly Grove is designed for neurodivergent children who may be:
- experiencing school anxiety or school refusal
- overwhelmed by large or sensory-heavy classrooms
- academically capable but struggling emotionally
- autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent
- needing a smaller, calmer learning environment
Begin the Journey
We invite you to join our nurturing community. Together, we can create a safe, low-sensory environment where every child can thrive through relationship-based education.
